Hi everyone. I finally took down the old podcasts and don't plan on producing any new ones in the near future. Things have changed a lot as far as my preferences go. Basically, I've narrowed my smoking down to the cigars that I think are great and I don't waste much time on cigars that leave me wanting more. In my humidor, I want more sizes within certain brands and less brands overall. Unfortunately, most of the cigars that I like cost a bit more than average, but I'd rather smoke a few great cigars than a lot of average cigars. These are the cigar lines that I would recommend right now (no ranking is implied by their order):

Expensive cigars:
Padron 1964 Maduros (any size is awesome)
    Opus X
    Ashton VSG (Wizards and Torpedos)
Illusione (each size is unique and they are all good!)

Moderately priced:
    San Cristobal (Papagayos, XXLs, Robustos)
    LaFlor Dominicana Double Ligero (660s)
La Aroma de Cuba (Robustos, Belicosos, and Immensas)
    Excalibur Legend (Challengers and Conquerers)
Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label (Imperiales)
    Arturo Fuente Hemmingway (Short story)

Value cigars:

Sancho Panza Double Maduro (Quiotes and Alicantes...great with coffee!)
Don Pepin Garcia Cuban Classics (they're all solid, but if you pay retail, you're paying too much!)

That is about all I want in my humidor these days. It would be nice to enjoy more variety. I just don't. The cigars listed though, are awesome.

Smoke on brothers! Like my Mom used to say, "Life is like a box of cigars...you never know when you are going to get smoked." So smoke em if you got em!
